They have announced that the Passport will be free again for the week when DOAX3: Scarlet comes out next year to keep forever , but I don't know if you can get it free if you go through the Fortune version.
Apparently if you already have the Passport you don't need to get it again for Scarlet. Any point to the VR passport without a headset to match? Ad-vice 3 years ago 8. You had to go through the in-game menu of the full version to get it free though, so I don't know if the next time around you can do that with Fortune again, or if it'll only be for Scarlet copies.

When I select Playstation store after hitting circle on the vr paradise it takes me to the store, I can see the icon for the dlc but a prompt appears saying "This content cannot be selected at this time.
